A strong debate on the EQ approach still goes on in scientific circles. Still most people in business identify with its stated pillars some usefulness. So we discussed the definitions and the debate about it. Discovered how to go through a development and personal planning process for challenging cases and then where we can fit the EQ parts in things we do and try to improve anyway! like managing people, assessing action plan, being polite or communicative etc etc.

At the beginning teams knew nothing about sailing, at the end they discovered the different patterns that teams evolve, how they improve in development circles and the diversity of choices between teams when a task is at hand. And oh.. the winning team had a little bit more fun.
